The sale itself is great! So organized, so many options and great clothes/shoes/toys for great prices. However, the staff could use some work. Some of the workers have a very cold, rude energy about them. I dont know if its just RBF or they just dont want to be there. I also witnessed the owner of this establishment, Carly Pepper, be very rude to one of her workers and humiliate her. The owner does not seem friendly after experiencing her at the checkout several times. I had a woman come up to me AFTER I came out of the bathroom with my 3 month old and our diaper bag, and say to me can I help you? You are not suppose to take things into our bathroom. I can watch your baby while you go in but you cannot bring your stroller. You are NOT allowed to take things into the bathroom First of all, I had just come out of the bathroom WITHOUT my stroller and was just standing there putting my baby back into the stroller outside the restrooms. Second of all, Im not allowing a stranger to watch my baby while I use the bathroom. Id rather juggle her than hand her off to a stranger. Luckily I didnt have to use the bathroom while there and only had to change my childs diaper. Yes, I could've maneuvered if I needed to but thats a bit ridiculous I couldnt bring my stroller in if I needed it to use the bathroom myself. I do understand wanting to avoid people stealing things, however I didnt have any of the sale items in my stroller. I was just a mom trying to change her childs diaper. For a sale geared towards moms buying secondhand items, youd think theyd be more supportive and understanding. When you buy tickets on their website, they basically have it plastered everywhere to not bring small children and to enjoy shopping alone. Do they think mothers want to bring their wild toddler or fussy baby while they shop? Of course not, but not all of us have that choice. It seems out of touch to me. This is a second hand sale where almost all of their thousands and thousands of items are for small children. Not every mom has the resources to leave their kids when they have the time to shop. I think it can make mothers feel bad having to bring their kids in. Not every mom has a village. They should be welcomed, not warned against. Again, youd think theyd be more supportive and understanding. I will go to this sale again because it helps me easily afford cute clothes/shoes for my kids. But I always dread encountering the workers. Y'all need to work on being friendlier and have more kindness towards mothers who dont have the choice to just leave their kids with someone else.

Always great selection, fast service. I have always felt safe and that I got great deals. Thank you for helping moms all over Mississippi keep their kids clothes well for less
