Do not walk away from this dealership...run as fast as you can. For the last 30 plus years I have owned Lexus, Mercedes and Genises cars. We purchased a Jaguar from this dealership and traded in a Mercedes. I received a notice of a recall and called the dealership. Twice I was sent to the service managers voicemail and never got a return call. Then I call a week later and refused to go to voicemail. It took the operator almost 15 minutes to find someone at 2 in the afternoon that would answer a phone call, his name was Eric and he was a technician. He said he would call me when the part came in supposedly the next week. That was over a month ago. Just got a notice to call for the annual check up. I called and was sent to the service voicemail. The recording said the mailbox was full. This place is the worst service you will ever find. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN TO LEAVE AND HAVE IT SERVICED SOMEWHERE ELSE.
