        My wife was diagnosed and treated for stage 3 lung cancer here in 2015. Over the years we have had the best of care. From the initial surgery to the following chemotherapy, the doctors, nurses and staff were nothing but caring and professional. All of our follow-up scans and check-ups were handled efficiently with same day results. It has been nine cancer free years and I recommend UMMC CANCER INSTITUTE to anyone.

        I have been going here for over a year, I had a stem cell transplant in July 2021. Dr Bigelow is a very hands on Dr. I love that the nurses doing vitals, know who I am and my story. I can't say enough about the quality of care I've received here.

        Phone system is a complete mess. Disconnects, incorrect messages, bad phone numbers actually listed on my medical appointment sheet, open to5pm HA HA!!! Don't bother trying to find someone.
