Didn't get the experience that I was looking for. I paid for Large Twist and was given JUMBO twist. My braids were lopsided at the top of my head and I didn't notice until almost 2 hours after leaving the shop. I contacted Halo'd Beauty and I didnt get a response til 3 days later. At that time my hair had started untwisting in the back causing my natural hair to stick out. I definitely don't recommend this business. I wasted my money here

We are so sorry for your experience and we truly tried to accommodate you. If you actually read the booking site we made it clear that it take up to 72 hours for a response, we were very clear on the number of braids included with style, we asked you before you left if there was anything that needed to be changed or repaired, we also contacted you after complaint with no response, as well as being more than open to fixing any issue you had! Unfortunately you were not as willing to allow us to fix it and decided to leave a bad review. The option to repair is still on the table and we hope we can rectify this issue!!
