No point in scheduling an appointment, you will be waiting regardless. Oil change s, while overpriced, will come with a side of arrogance and sarcasm from the service writer. This dealership has an awesome sales staff but the service center customer service is garbage.

I had to have my transmission replaced on my 2018 Altima last week. Today, 2/22/24, I took a 6 hour road trip without any problems. Chris Farley and his crew did a great job & they checked and found out that my car is still under factory warranty. I paid Zero $! Im a happy customer and driver! Thanks guys!

Had a small issue with my new 23 tahoe which had nothing to do with grey Daniels it was a manufacture problem we contacted our local dealer who told us it would be a week before they could look at it LOOK AT IT so we contacted the great folks where we made our purchase we live two hours away they were most helpful sent a wrecker to pick it up and diagnosed and fix the problem within a day within a day and a half Im back in my new ride Ill for sure buy again from GREY DANIELS great sales plus great service after the sale that went above and beyond to get us back on the road great job guys thanks again Service: General repairs & maintenance

So a scheduled appointment was scheduled for Friday at 1. We arrived and the front desk asked, we said the car sent an email saying something was not correct about the battery, and we thought it had an oil leak. He said, so you are leaving it for next week. I said no sir, we are expecting to bring it in and get it looked at. He said well you cant expect to get it looked at on a Friday at 1. Umm, yes sir, that is why we scheduled an appointment. Well it cant be done on a Friday at 1. So I said, why is there an spooning Trent scheduled for Fridays at 1 if clearly it cant be looked at. I dont expect you to fix it, I expect you to look at it and let me k ow whats exactly wrong. I dont think Id trust you all to fix my 2020 blazer. But with a warranty, I expect you to do your job. He ended the conversation by saying that he could schedule a time next week, so I said obviously not, take. Off work twice for you is unacceptable.
