        RRJ has had my vehicle for one month. In that time, we have had to make contact dozens upon dozens of times to find out whats going on. Weve been in a rental for a month. No help with a loaner and as far as we know, nothing has been done to our auto. This is a warranty repair that was fixed 9 months ago by RRJ and we are having the same exact problem again. Most recently, we were promised a phone call on Thursday and after 2 messages and 3 calls from us on Friday, no one has reached out to us.

        Doesnt answer phone calls and horrible service. you would think they would hire more people so the amount of cars they get in.
