Friendly people and quality service, but their staffing shortage has impacted their turnaround time. My hope is that with a larger crew, everyone will see their full potential. I waited almost two weeks for a repair, but I received a discount for the inconvenience. Ask for Haywood if you can.

Have had my car for over 2 1/2 months and they just beating around the bush and wont give me a rental car to use while my cars in the shop. One minute the man says he ordered the part then I call him a week later and he said he didnt order the part he has to wait for it to become available
