    I lived here for 1 year. 6 months of the lease I had rats & electrical issues & the apartment complex couldnt even afford to hire an exterminator or electrician. There was trash everywhere around the complex. Theres nothing wrong with the pool at all, its just not opened because they dont want to care for it. None of the doors in the apartment closed unless you put something between them and the wall. The maintenance man has a piss poor attitude when it comes to fixing things unless he cool with you. The grass is never cut unless you do it yourself. Sinks constantly leaking. The rats got so bad the start coming from everywhere, the stairs, the vents, everywhere & nothing was done but putting one trap down, the rest of the traps I have to provide when they couldve called an exterminator being my neighbors room fell in & thats when the raccoons & rats started trying to get in my apartment & they let her apartment sit with her belongings without helping her get her things out.

    I lived there in April 2023, from the start I didnt feel comfortable. Within hours of me living there the air conditioner went out it took the maintenance man days to fix it and even after then it still wasnt working and they claimed it to be new. Me and my spouse went all the way till June 9 without air conditioning after I had to call a company out to fix it for over $200. They talk to Jameka and the maintenance man and he informed them what he found and it was including having mold. Weeks later after I had got off work at 1am my neighbor claimed I pulled a gun on him and before getting our side of the story we was given till the end of the month to move. We moved June 29,2023 I contacted the office and no one answered the phone like it always have been I sent multiple emails in June asking can I meet with her and talk about getting my deposit back and returning the keys I still didnt get a response. On July 5 I received a call from the collection office saying that I owe for July rent and I told them I was out before July and I had witness because my mother in law and brother in law helped us move. I called Jameka 6 times that day and I didnt get a response I then called the maintenance line and he told me that she was out but I clearly heard her in the background asking who was it I then proceeded to call her back and finally got a answer and I asked why was I charged for rent when she knew I was gone and she proceeded to tell me that I broke the lease even after her and the regional manager told me I had 30 days and I received a letter to move I then asked about getting my deposit back and she told me no because I broke the lease and I repeated how can I break a lease when I was told to move. From the shower upstairs leaking, the dishwasher doesnt work, the grass doesnt get cut, people stand in the woods and watch you, the maintenance man has a terrible attitude and always riding around smoking weed, to the property manager never answers the phone or never in the office, to the locks been broken where I had to lock my door from the outside and if I want it locked at night I had to walk to the back of the building to get it after locking it from outside. In 2005 when my aunt was living there it looked way better and the staff actually cared unlike now and I forgot to mention that I know Jameka from another property and she was fired from there for embezzlement
