TERRIBLE!!! I had a major surgery and the whole first month of it I had NO HOT WATER!!! Then once they fixed the hot water the ceiling in my bathroom caved in and water was everywhere even leaked in my closet on all my shoes, clothes and a Tv I had in there. No attempt was made to fix the ceiling while I was there. The owner claimed they were going to reimburse for the damages to my belongings but never did because I didnt renew my lease. My ac went out I had to put my own units in my windows and they only reimbursed me for one. This was the worse place I have ever stayed and never ever will I recommend anybody to them.

My mini family and I have to relocate due to medical issues with my husband. Thanks to the VA AND JHA for helping us with housing. By us staying 1 in a half hour away and no good transportation we are so glad that the VA HOUSING caseworker recommended GARDENSIDE. We absolutely love the location and the unit Ms. Latisha and her team was able to respond back quickly after I submitted my application. Im not big on listening to what people say about someone I met Latisha, her boss and the maintenance guy they all was nice to us. We cant wait to move in our unit soon and start our new journey.

Absolutely terrible. Stayed here a year didnt fix anything had a plumbing problem for a WHOLE YEAR . An exposed hole in my wall from my living room to bathroom didnt get fixed for almost 5 months. ROACH infestation. Balcony had the worst building ever didnt even let my babies come out to play
