Lived here for 2 months almost and it has been an ABSOLUTE nightmare. The AC hasn't worked since move in and we have no communication with the front office. I've texted, called and emailed and only IN PERSON do I get a response of "I'll text the building manager" and NOTHING happens. My key for my mailbox doesn't work so I can't access my mail and I've been told multiple times they'll fix that and nothing. They've told us we could get a washer and dryer connected for a few, we received no washer and dryer AND they added the fee for the service regardless. Do not move into these apartments!!

I have live in Midsouth for 3 months, and the problem I had when I first moved in are still a problem now, every time I have spoken to management about it the maintenance guy comes out and just gives excuses nothing is fixed. I can only use 2 aisles on my stove because the other 3 cracked my guest bathroom does not have spout on the tub. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone they just give excuse after excuse

Office manager Corey is very unprofessional. He elevates his voice when you express your concern about something. The apartments arent worth it anymore, the value is going down. We cant keep a maintenance man out here and the trash area is filthy. Why pay a fee if we cant use the trash compactor.The young lady Makayla made an inappropriate joke about them putting people out left and right. I dont find it funny considering the holidays are coming up and you never know what a person dealing with. People in authority should know just because you sitting behind that desk doesnt mean you cant be replaced.
