    Even worse than the Trails Appartments and that says a whole lot! We've been here since November 4,2021 and in that time frame we've experienced a bugs,and very bad plumbing. I wouldn't encourage a dog to stay here. If I have to keep going to Kenneth Stokes for this issue I will,the people in the office are very unprofessional,and need to figure out why the door keeps revolving.

    THE WORST APARTMENT I EVER LIVED IN DO NOT STAY HERE THE OFFICE NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE MY WHOLE APARTMENT IS ALMOST FLOODED CORPORATE WILL NOT CONTACT U BACK MY APARTMENT BEEN FLOODED SINCE FRIDAY TODAY IS TUESDAY THE MAINTENANCE MAN LIED LIKE HE CAME OUT ON A EMERGENCY REQUEST WHICH HE DID NOT!! HE SENT HIS ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE GUY OUT JUST TO POUR SOMETHING DOWN A PIPE NOW THE AIR GONE OUT!!!!! THE SPIDERS SIZE IS RIDICULOUS THE SAME KINDA SPIDERS IN HERE EVERY OTHER DAY I HAD TO FIND PEST CONTROL NUMBER MYSELF TO COME OUT A SPRAY WHICH STILL DIDNT HELP THE OFFICE SAID THEY WAS SENDING SOMEONE OUT TODAY NOONE NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE I PROMISE THE APTS IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!! ALL THESE UNITS IS VERY ONLY AND NEED LOTS OF OUTSIDE OF MAINTENANCE WORK DONE!!!!

For emergency situations, we provide an emergency maintenance line to ensure these concerns meet with urgent attention. According to our records, our maintenance technician attempted to provide service for this issue and was not granted entrance after repeated attempts to alert you to his presence. We dispatched another maintenance technician to your home as you were dissatisfied with our previous crew member. The issue is fixed according to our understanding. We apologize for the delay in repairing your A/C. When you contacted the office, strong thunderstorms prevented our team from providing immediate service. For the well-being of our crew, we do not send them to work outdoors during dangerous, inclement weather. We are glad to know your A/C is now functioning correctly. Pest control is provided weekly upon request. You can request service through your convenient resident portal or by calling or emailing the office. We are eager to create a more enjoyable experience for you and will gladly discuss your concerns.
