Do NOT believe the positive comments! They told ppl they will give them a discount if they give them a good review bc this place pure trash ! THESE APARTMENTS ARE HORRIBLE ! FRONT DESK ASSOCIATES HORRIBLE ! Management is HORRIBLE!! Do not rent here! Seriously.

Maintenance and Management does what they want when they want . During my stay there my bathroom ceiling leaked through back to back , sink stayed stopped up , toilet was leaking ,water constantly being off and brown .. the next time they came out the ceiling was molded and falling apart literally like hanging they came out and cut a huge hole in my bathroom and left it uncovered. Meanwhile , I had a new born baby .. they didnt return for days . I had to Call Continuously and was always told someone was coming . I had to miss work just to go in there to speak with the manager and show her pictures . They left the residue and etc on the bathroom Floor and on the porch from cutting out the ceiling .They patched it up . Literally days after the ceiling was leaking through again before I left . I lived directly next to the office and someone stole my tires off my car . I contacted the office and they said they didnt have cameras . When I first moved in I noted everything I seen within the apartment.. nothing was ever fixed the balcony one wrong jump would have fell in . My lease was up .. I was not contacted not once about renewal or anything . As, it was time to Move out they expected me to pay for the additional month . I reached out to corporate and never heard back.
