Ordered over the phone to pick up a chicken order . Was on time friendly service . Star took good care of us . Lady at the window on pickup was friendly as well . Thank you so much ! Chicken was delicious and fresh .

Some of the food was cold there was a hair in the green beans, there was plastic in one of the side salads. Normally the food is better at Jack's

Set 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru for a large drink and a medium fry :-( not in any way a good visit. I can put up with the amount of time to have to wait for good food and good service. However when we got to the window the girl was very rude and impatient. 2 bad strikes

Yuck is all I can say. The food wasn't bad, but there wasn't one clean table in the whole place. A few staff members seemed to be only there to socialize. Some staff weredoing their job, but like everywhere else, it's under staffed. The bathrooms are awful. Men's and women's were so disgusting. Wet floors, not from water, soap dispensars were broken and leaking all over the counters, toilets were untouchable, and no paper towels, just a tiny blow dryer that was useless. Like I said, the food was fine, but there were many customers that complained about the soda fountain not having syrup or something because I saw 4 different people dump their entire drinks back into the drain tray. Didn't see anything fixed before we left though. Not sure if it's a small town thing, but I won't be stopping there again, sorry to say.
