I paid my bill entirely on the 9th of February in cash at the office. I get home today no water and it says online that I still owe the balance I paid. They dont have any emergency contact numbers so my kids and I are just without water.

I pay at least $80 a month. I sure don't know why it's so high. I can't drink it it smells like chlorine. I buy bottled water because I'm very allergic to bleach. I put a small amount in the bathtub for my reptiles and it smelled like a swimming pool. When I take a shower it burns my eyes. With the way things are these days and the little amount I use it seems my bill is awful high. I not only pay you i also have to spend another no less than $20 a week to have clean water to drink. It's a shame I can't even take a daily shower because of the amount of chlorine in the water and me being allergic can put me in the hospital. I complained about my bill amount and was told they'd have someone come check and make sure there isn't any leaks. No one ever came. That was 4 months ago. If there was another place to get water I'd switch. I sure miss the $40 bills and feel I'm being over charged.
