Lazer Towing

Evening update on my vehicle so all this time we thought that the car had been stolen a towing company by the name of lazer towing out of Southhaven, had towed my car on Saturday night. My son went to an apartment complex, called the parks at Paisley off of Knight Arnold in Hickory Hill. He had left with his friends for a moment and when he came back, the car was gone. Mind you when a car is towed they have 30 minutes to dispatch it to the police officers, they did not do that so we assume that the car had been stolen the police officers came out did a report and here we are today on a Monday thinking the car was still stolen . So what I did I called the apartment complex today to speak with the young lady to ask if they had seen anything on camera. She asked me to describe my car and I gave her the details so then she tells me well yes our towing company towed it and I asked her what towing company because I had made a police report and it was not in the system .She gave me the name of the towing company which is in Southhaven so my question was why was my car in Southhaven when I live in Memphis furthermore, the towing company did not dispatch Memphis police department to let them know that my car had been towed and they had it for three days technically the towing company got my car in the wee hours of Sunday morning, so thats from Sunday until today charged $369 for having my car for three days and I had no clue that they even had my car and I had I not called the complex I would not have known where my car was and they wouldve racked up thousands of dollars Im gonna find out what needs to be done. Im gonna call the Better Business Bureau on this lazer towing company in Southhaven because they are doing illegal things so Im putting them on blast thank God that the car was not stolen and my son gets the car back safe and untouched thanks to everyone that shared my post. Wish I could rate 0 stars!!! They came an towed a car illegally with NO prior notice!! And then tried to argue and threatened my bf over the phone?!?! Absolutely zero customer satisfaction in mind, they DO NOT CARE!! They will tow your car and then say you have to come get it.... when they have your car?? Absolutely ridiculous and I wish that no one has to deal with this location!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
