Nicole Place Subdivision

Update: they went up on there HOA fee from 250 year too 400 no meeting email phone call explaining why the increase it's not like we have community security for goodness sake or have a gated Subdivision or sign acknowledging our community you guys are just money hungry do not buy or rent in Nicole Place I am writing to make a formal complaint about the new build property that I have recently purchased from T Lowes property Tristan/Tanner Lowes I have identified several issues with the property that I believed you knew about such as incorrect square footage, faulty electric work and bug infestation on most your new builds The Lowes need to do a better job on dividing the property lines and should at least put some gates up on these overpriced new builds The Lowes are the most racist construction company I have ever dealt with I have contacted you on several occasions to try and resolve these issues but have not received a satisfactory response. I am therefore escalating this matter to the NHBC Claims Department. I would be grateful if you could investigate this matter and provide me with a written response as soon as possible.
