Bintu’s Hair Braiding

I didnt want to go by the reviews of this place because I wanted my own experience. I showed them the picture of what I wanted and they did the complete opposite. I asked for large knotless waist length braids and ended up with medium knotless braids past my butt. They were quick to take my money but didnt make sure I got what I asked for. I was at this shop for over 7 hours because it was a lot of stopping and a lot of doing other things when the focus should have been finishing my hair. This place was very unprofessional and I will never be back. Overall the braids look nice but they are way too long for my liking and Im extremely disappointed. Never again.

This place has change a whole lot so unprofessional.We made it at2:14pm didnt leave to 11:17p.The lady that started on my head was really nice but everyone stayed on their phones.They couldnt do their job because everyone on their phones and speaking in their language so you couldnt understand what theyre saying.Then they ended up putting the wrong hair colored braids in my baby hair on one side.That didnt sit right with me so they took it down and did it over.I dont refer this place to no one.Bathroom was filthy also people coughing and sneezing all over you.Their were two people that was nice the lady that did my hair and the lady that didnt speak English This was the worst experience ever!!
