We had issues with spotting on our house with KP siding. The company stood by their product and warrantied the entire problem. I think this is unheard of with most companies but KP chose to take the high road with us. THANK YOU

The company refuses to accept liability for their faulty material. Customer service is a joke, warranty is non existent.

I have literally left over a dozen voicemails and also sent messages through their website over the course of multiple YEARS! Have never had a single returned voicemail or response to messages. Not one. The photo shows why I'm calling. All of this siding was purchased and installed at the same time when I built my home. A couple years in, the top section started changing colors. UPDATE: I was FINALLY able to get ahold of someone at KP and they assisted me in making a warranty claim for the issues mentioned in this review. It was a very long and painful road but is now resolved. If KP would make it easier for customers to get in contact with them for support, they seem to have competent staff and systems in place to provide good support. I actually found (as I was posting my original review) a different support e-mail address that eventually led to my resolution when KP had previously responded to another Google review.
