Wishing I could've rated 0 Stars!!! When you have so many complaints that you don't even know where to start. Here we go, No.1 the billing statements are being mailed out extremely late with past due penalties included. They sent my Oct 2023 statement at the end of Nov 2023, then sent Nov & Dec 2023 statements one week apart in the middle of Jan 2024, then sent the Jan 2024 statement in the 2nd week of Feb 2024 and now I'm just receiving my Feb 2024 statement and it's March 4th, 2024 and still charging you the penalty late fees for thier late billing issues. No. 2 both my 150 high pressure sodium pole lights are not working the first light went out August 2022 and the second light started having problems since March 2023 the light goes totally off for days at a time then comes sporadically back on while continuesly flashing soldid blinking off and on before it goes out all the way. I have been calling since the year 2022 up until today, all they do is take a new work order then tells me the supervisor will call me and never happens but yet the still bill me $18 and something every single month and what do he need to call me for just come out and fix them. Even caught guys working in neighborhood and they qouted they would check it out and that never happened. No.3 electricity is always going out for any reason for long periods of time and they never copensate you instead your bill just keep increasing. For an example, went out of town for 2 weeks turned off every single thing and the bill was higher than the previous month. Bottom line.... we as customers need to group together and bring a lawsuit, this is just really bad unscrupulous business practices for all services we're suppose to receive.

Customer: hello hsud, I'd like to report a power outage. The utility pole carrying electrical lines to the house has fallen across the county road and the wires on the ground are sparking. Hsud answering service: have you checked your fuses? Customer: Grrrrrrr

this comapy is very poor managed. Power goes out all the time, nothing ever gets fixed, the major sucks, she is the worse, our light bill is twice as high and they do not fix it... i guess we are paying for the majors little buddies!!! good lock getting services with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
