        They installed a well filter 2 years ago and have promised over and over to come show us how to service it which is required annually. They do not return calls or texts once you pay them. They just make promises to come take care of issues and never show up. Worst customer service in my life and I am 60. Just had to pay $400 to a plumber to have a brass fitting replaced due to them never showing us how to service this filter after dozens of promises to do so. Horrible experience!!!
