Trailer Rental at U-Haul

I want to acknowledge the employees at the 7th Street uhaul rental. I think her name was Debbie (I know her name started with a D) she had to make NUMEROUS phone calls to straighten out a mishap ... I rented a 10" uhaul on 2/19/24 for 3/10/24. I received a call from uhaul asking if I would bring a trailer to my destination for compensation. I agreed to do so. I was supposed to pick the truck up at the Broadway location but was sent to 7th Street because Broadway didn't have any trucks available for a one-way. Since they changed my location I called uhaul to change my pick up time. Somewhere along the way, my reservation for the truck and the trailer I was bringing for compensation was botched. Debbie or Delilah had to make NUMEROUS phone calls to straighten the situation out. It was to the point I almost changed my mind about bringing the trailer because it was sooo time consuming. But she was so professional, polite & committed to getting it corrected! There definitely needs to be better communication between the different uhaul departments to prevent this time consuming mishap for other customers.
