        I was at this Spencer's location today 11/15/2023 around 3:45pm. Soon as I walked in 2 employees (one male and one female) looked over and turned their heads. Someone made a comment out of the two and the female walked off. I was never greeted nor asked if I needed help with anything. There was a couple that walked in right behind me, they received a greeting from the male behind the register still standing in the same location. As I walked closer towards the register, another female that look like me walked it never greeted. 2 more females walked in of another race and they were greeted and also asked if they need any help. This isnt the first time I have noticed in this store that you have to look a certain way to be greeted or helped. I have never experienced this at any other Spencers. There is a young lady very polite that works there but the two at the register at that time needs coaching. Manger or not treat everyone that same, even if its 20 people walking in at one time.
