I went to look for my brother some shoes the store manager was very sweet and continued to make sure my brother got the shoes I wanted even when he was undecided she remained with a good attitude and composer. Overall was a nice environment they employees was very sweet and helpful.

Worst experience I had with Snipes! Went early in the morning to get a chance to purchase the Gratitude retro 11s. I was the first in line. And when I ask for my size in an 11, they said they didnt have any in a size 11. The customer service was awful, dude came to girl and said Guess yall didnt come in on time but we was there when he was. I know damn well, they had my size in the back. Even the manager said the employees have first dibs on shoe releases. Snipes employees are doing dirty work by buying the shoes with their employee discount and selling them for more on the street. Definitely unfair for people who try and wait for a shoe first come first serve like I did. Wasted my whole morning and was first in line not to be able to buy the shoes Ive been waiting for half of the year.

me and my boyfriend went in here a few days ago and the lady was rude to him the whole time. after checking out she thought he snatched the receipt and she started yelling and cussing at us as we were walking out. we then went to other stores and they told us theyve heard some things about her.
