        They have worst customer service and facility management I have ever experienced in a storage facility. The facility is filthy and they do not take care of the property. I cannot believe they charge $9.99 to answer the phone to take your payments. You are NOT a person to this company and they do not care about service or their customers. I do not suggest renting at this facility.

      Hi, Bonnie. We're sad to read your review since we do not charge $9.99 to pay online, that was the previous owners. We have also fixed up a lot of the units and the facility is better and cleaner than ever.
