I love Mrs. Barbara she very sweet and helps you with any needs that you have or questions I will definitely say this is a safe spot and a place I will go back to if needed.

I rented a unit at tellus storage for 3 years and I never had a problem. The property manager was very nice and professional. I would give the property manager 5 stars, but the security is what brought the rating down. My husbands unit on the other hand, was broken into and we did not know, until we visited home months later. We were living in a different state. I just wish they had more security and would send out a mass email, when peoples units have been broken into. They email you every month with an invoice. It would have been nice to know that someone had broken into several units. The property manager did try to help us with law enforcement as much as she could. She would call them and check on the case.

When I called to speak with someone about a storage unit, they were very nice and professional! They answered all the questions I had! I highly recommend getting a storage here!
