I have been doing business with this company out of Mobile since before covid. I have always had goods service. Ive always dealt with a guy named JOEL. he has always called and followed up . Since moving to Hattiesburg, the service is AWFUL! Ive had an order sitting for over 90 days. He sent an email that was overlooked by our company. This email was sent after he dropped the ball communicating last time. Today after we call and get him on the phone Im told that the only reason the order was held up was for payment. He told me he does twenty orders a day and does not have time to call to get the payment. HORRIBLE service !
