My family and I came Saturday and was told to sit in the bar area because there was a wait everywhere else! The elderly lady literally handed my husband the menus and walked away. She didn't even bother to let us know where we could sit in the bar area because we had a child with us. Very rude and unfriendly service. Definitely did not feel welcomed. Then the waitress in the bar on 4/6/24 @ 6:45pm could care less about her job or good service. Never once got a refill! Checked on us 10mins after getting our food. Took forever checking us out because we had cash! Literally watch her and the old host lady have a conversation sitting at a booth. We literally could have left without paying and from the way the staff looked they could have care less!

I always get a beer when at chili's but I won't be going back to this particular restaurant anymore. My beer was warm, including the glass so when I asked for a replacement, I overheard the bartender said she wouldn't give me another. Our waitress went and got the managers approval. So I got my new beer, it too was warm including the glass. I dealt with but it was obvious that the word got around to the other employees about me complaining about the beer being warm. So the rest our visit was there was not pleasant to include not being serviced much more and given disapproval expressions by the employees. Needless to say, I can go anywhere to get the same food and beverages but without the attitudes and poor service. By the way, we weren't the only one's complaining about the lack of service and uncleanness of that restaurant that evening. We overheard from the tables around us that was already there, including a table of four that came in after us.
