Mr. Pierce did an appraisal and came in $13k lower than the previous inspection two months prior. This took him a WEEK to do. Then he reviewed and fixed the appraisal which took close to 5 days. THEN he left off the attic space in the appraisal and wants to charge the buyer $175 to pay for his mistake!!!! After already charging $600 for the appraisal. This is absolutely ridiculous to charge a buyer for his error. The seller showed him the attic space but he chose not to look in it. I would recommend NOT using this appraiser.
