This realtor has ruined my life I spent my entire life savings on a house that is in unbelievably bad condition it needed an AC unit from day one $3,500. It has a massive termite infestation. It also has structural issues like soft floors and many, many other problems. The Termite infestation is so bad that pest control companies will not even do the job at any amount of cost. The Trash haul out has taken a special city vehicle truck with a claw to come take two full containers of trash left behind by previous owners. This realtor takes absolutely no responsibility whatsoever in what happened to me only offering to try and sell the house and charging me $11,000 was her only option offered as a solution. She also says things that she doesn't follow through on like trying to help me with the pest control and offering to pay a company $400 to come out and help me which that never happened so it's just a lot of lies coming from her. Be Very Careful using this person and or this company. She doesn't care about moving you into a condemned home as long as she is getting paid top dollar for doing so. This is the truth as I see it so help me God on my life. This person has ruined my life and the lives of others. My family's life is ruined because of this person and this company. Please don't let this person put you in that situation it's horrible!

Jori is very unprofessional. She complains about other clients. The most important thing she tells me the earnest money. She will allow her child to come to her place of work which is a major distraction and does take her professionalism seriously. I would take employment into question. She talks more about trying to get away from the business. I would recommend Ms. Wells to take her employment into consideration

After waiting over a week to hear back about my application status, I decided not to go with this company. They did not reach out to me once, I always had to contact them about any information on my application. They lacked a sense of urgency to take care of their customers, unprofessional, terrible customer service, and ineffective communication. All warning signs that this would not be a good choice. I would implore that you do your research before getting involved with this business. There were a few individuals that were very helpful but overall it was not a great experience.
