The front desk ladys are rude unprofessional when you call they will hang up on you they will not deliver messages to the provider and to top it off if you need a pa they will not help you The doctor is great its his nurses that make his office a mess cause they run the office instead of the doctors and the NP

I am 5 months into Dr. COLE as my doctor and he has assisted me with a pain management program that has helped me to live almost pain free daily. I have multiple diagnosis that requires me to be on pain management and he genuinely cares about you. I've been to other pain doctors and their wait times and treatment make you feel worse and dread seeing them monthly. I kn ow it's getting harder to find good doctors and I'm glad I found Dr. Cole.

That number in the reply is just their main desk. Dont think for a moment that anyone here gives a damn about helping you - they are in this for money and they maximize profit in every way they can including practices that are firmly in legal gray or even dark areas. They know their patients cant afford an attorney and thus operate with impunity. They like to lie, over bill, bill twice, use inapplicable billing codes, insult patients, and refuse any assistance between appointments. Never leave the appointment until you are satisfied with every aspect because that is the only time you hold sway. Why? Because they accept so many patients that the clinic is overwhelmed to the point patients sometimes have no room to sit, so monopolizing their time is the last thing they want you to do. So do it, and keep doing it until you get good explanations and results. If you have any better option than here, go there instead.
