Would give a 5 star during the buying process but after you buy good look! You never hear back from your salesman its like they got your money and now they dont need you. I work in sales and we would get fired if we didnt follow up with customers or never return their calls we would get fired. I have several people in the marked for Mobil homes and told them to take their business elsewhere!!

Everything is good when they are selling you the home. The problems start once you sign the contracts. I closed on my home in April. Here it is August and it is still not completed. They will not return my call with any information. I have no working stove, the flooring is not finished. I have shingles and a storm door sitting in the home. They agreed to connect my water lines, never came to do that. I had to do it myself. I have no septic system. They were supposed to install and now its been four months and unable to use the restroom. I am paying "a lot" for a home I can't cook in, no water run to the icemaker, no skirting, no septic, missing flooring and so much more, I have been told the factory has to come finish it, but I didn't know the factory completed skirting, the shingles on the roof etc. I won a washer and dryer when I agreed on the purchase of the home. It was never delivered. I got a gift card for it but it will not purchase a washer and dryer from where the gift card was purchased. So there I was shorted again. It has been a nightmare for me. I wish they would just come get the home, which I have asked them to do. I don't trust that anything will be finished or if it is who knows how long it will take. I do not even want to deal with them anymore. The stress that this entire experience has caused me is unbelievable. I have had to contact an Attorney to hopefully get something done. To say I am not happy and very disappointed are not even the words to describe my situation at this point. I would not recommend Spartan Homes of Hattiesburg as the place to purchase a home.
