        Well the reviews don't lie, this place absolutely does not care about shipping professional. Waited 2.5 hours for the shipping to have lunch, I sure hope y'all are working an 18 hour day for that much time on lunch !!!! I came to pick up a load to go to Washington, called ahead at 11 am with no answer so I left a message with my name company and number. Hey called back 15 minutes before 1 pm to be told I can come up to the window and start the shipping process, what a joke!!!! This is another major reason why the trucking industry is taking a hit , because companies like this do not want to pay for our time and do not care about keeping us moving so that we can earn a living. Must be nice to just work at a snails pace and have no work ethic !!! This place needs an overhaul on the shipping department!!!!! Do better Johnson Controls!!!!!
