Kyle..... I don't know the brothers name but I've been a customer now sense my addelesnt years..plastic model kits then graduated to nigro trucks and buggy's... You guys always had everything for my old tmaxx classic the jato my wife's stamped and accessories for all my others... Gonna miss you guys it's not gonna be part of my week to come and grab a bag of parts or some lights, fuel..I actually came in for another nitro plane kit when I learned about the closing 😟 like I said gonna miss you guys. Been fun guys hate y'all had to go darn you guys had a great store y'all entertained my hoddys for several good years thanks fellas

Really enjoyed shopping for my stuff here and replacement parts and sucks to know there closed i have nowhere else to get my parts when I need them

Hub City Hobby is the worst place to buy anything. There is no customer support after the sale. They close down for a week after Christmas and you have a piece of junk that does not work and have to wait a week. They do not warranty anything they sell. If you have a problem straight out of the box, they say they can't do nothing unless you buy from them to fix it. The worst retailer for anything I have experienced. I bought a AR Drone. Did not charge. Went back and he made me buy a battery, 60+$. Come to fond out it was not the battery while I was there but a faulty charger. Then he says since it's open, "which he opened himself", I could not get my money back and I would have to come back a week from now when they might have a charger for more money. Better off talking to someone on the phone directly with the manufacture. These guys are only in it for selling and pretending to be responsible. If the product is bad they blame it on the MF and tell you that it is not their problem, It's yours. UPDATE 10/2/14: Kyle told my wife last week he would replace the charger after it came in. She went today and he said she had to buy it. I have been on tech support with this product and they are telling me Hub City Hobby and every retailer they allow to sell their product is susposed to replace bad products, especially if it done work out of the box. Hub City Hobby is lazy and does not care about the customers the sell to is all I can figure. I called and he told me to shop elsewhere, opposite of what the Manufacture told me. I am not doing this anonymous, this is my true name and story with the worst place of business with. Tim Lawing
