Midtown Ace

Nice people but.. They have no clue what they are doing. I mean from online ordering to customers checkout service.After exchanging a product twice for being the wrong item that did not match the description online I gave up. I sent all told an hour not getting anything done . Lots of Sorrys!! Nothing done. I will go to Home Depot to be treated like that.

Ace Hardware in (Midtown Market) on Hardy Street, Hattiesburg, is a wonderful place to shop. What I appreciate most about this store is its excellent customer service. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. As a fairly small store, it cannot offer the variety and prices of larger box stores BUT what the store offers if of very high quality. I will give you a small example. I was looking for a pole to hang a birdfeeder on. I did not see what I wanted at Home Depot and bought a pole on Amazon that proved to be cheap and that bent easily. Finally, I went to Ace Hardware and bought a pole for under thirty dollars that is solid in its construction, looks attractive, and that has not bent under the weight of a feeder. Everything I have bought at ACE has been of high quality and the service is always wonderful. Plus, Ace Hardware stores are locally owned, which means that when you shop there, you are helping a local businessman.
