I came to the salon and wanted to make an appointment and the lady said she would be right with be and never did wait on me she was not doing somebody hair she was just talking to the customer and I sat on the couch for at least 10 minutes

Be carful who you get. Our first experience was good but the 2nd time had me in tears multiple times after leaving. My hair went from my butt before the cut to above breast after the cut. I only wanted 5 inches cut, ended up with 12inches or more off. If I was going to cut off more than 12 inches I would have donated the hair. After the blow dry a few spots throughout my hair were an inch or two longer then the rest also the front of my hair was very uneven. With how much damage she had already done I was very uneasy with her correcting all of her mistakes. I believe she got so cut happy she did put layers in but once she was done there was none. And used the drag tec through out my hair which I hate. The other person that got their hair cut you can barely tell. Now I got a year to get it back where I wanted. Thats not an easy fix.
