My introduction and transactions with Ms Misty was exceedingly well and professional. She was cordial and patient and explained in full detail concerning my visit and delimna. I would highly recommend her based on her professionalism and demeanor.

WOULD NEVERRRRRRR EVERRRRR EVERRR RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE. THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT. I HAD AN AUTO LOAN ACC WITH THEM AND A CHECKING ACC I NEVER USED BUT HAD MONEY IN, SO IT WOULDNT OVERDRAFT! MY AUTO LOAN WAS ALWAYS PAID ON TIME EVEN 3x AHEAD SOME MONTHS. THE CHECKING ACC I NEVER USED, SOMEHOW ENDED UP GOING INTO THE NEGATIVES FOR $36 FOR A REASON NO ONE HAS EXPLAINED TO ME. AND INSTEAD OF CONTACTING ME LETTING ME KNOW ABT THE -$36 THEY PUT A CHARGE OFF ON MY CREDIT AND WHEN I CAME INTO THE BRANCH THEY SHOWED ME ALL THE LETTERS THAT NEVER REACHED ME DUE TO MY ADDRESS (OTHER MAIL FROM THEM HAD NO ISSUES COMING TO ME) . NOW IM IN A FIGHTING BATTLE TO GET THIS CHARGE OFF REMOVED AND THEY ARE UNWILLING TO HELP!!! THE PEOPLE IVE SPOKEN WITH IN COLLECTIONS ARE SUPER RUDE AND NOT UNDERSTANDING AT ALL OVER $36 ON AN ACC I NEVER USED
