Heritage Cleaners

This is the worst place for dry cleaning. I was told to pick up after 3 pm by an employee and they are closed at 2:30 with my clothes for a funeral. I will never use them again.

Not happy with this place at all I dropped my jacket off to get some mending done on it and a new zipper and cleaned, they gave me the ticket and told me how much it was, I have called several times, and it's been a year and they always say they're going to find it or they'll try to find it and then I never hear back from them. Boo

Left 2 curtains with them over 3 weeks ago. I asked them to call and let me know they were done. They never called and when I called them they couldn't find my curtains. Went to the store and waited over 5 minutes for someone to come out of the back. It took me yelling "Hello!" Over and over again. They charged me $38 to clean 2 curtains. I told them no one ever called but the lady working there didn't seem to care. I'd go anywhere else before I went back here!
