This is the best store with the best team. Everyone is incredibly helpful! I found a $700 Global knife set for $150, and I've bought multiple high quality pots and pans as gifts for super cheap.

Had a very pleasant experience the numerous times I have been to this location. The staff has always been exceptional and helpful. Today was very different. Only one new girl at a register and a line of almost 10 people plus. A store manager called for another cashier and another girl came up within minutes while said manager, Vanessa, fixed carts outside. The issue is, with only two registers open and many people in line is overwhelming. I went up to a different manager, Stephanie, and let her know of what happened and that as a leader someone should have stepped in to help the other cashiers. I have never in my life had someone in a customer service role be so dismissive and rude to me before. She asked me where I worked which is not only inappropriate, but weird. To have someone so combative and disrespectful customers in a position of power is mind boggling. Very disappointing!!!

Management is lazy and disrespectful. Store is rarely organized and needs serious help.
