Having a counselor that you can trust and feel comfortable with is essential to making progress in a mental health journey, and I am happy to say that my experience with Ms. Juanda Croson has been nothing short of wonderful for me. From our first zoom call alone, I felt at ease. She has a warm and welcoming presence that immediately made me feel comfortable enough to open up about my struggles. Her listening skills are top notch, and I always felt like she truly cares about my well-being. Throughout our sessions, Ms. Croson provided me with valuable insights and tools that help me on my path to healing.
