        I came to Cricket with my old phone and realized right after I switched that I needed a new one. I called customer service and got the joy of a human that is Marco. He took the time to listen to what I needed my phone for and gave me solid recommendations based on what I needed. I have a new non-iPhone on the way, and it was a really decent price. I'm so pleased with the customer service so far from Cricket. The cellular service is already behaving better than T-Mobile did. Thank you so much for your help, Marco and Cricket Wireless!
