        The lady at the trustmark at Broadway branch was not friendly to Me. I stay in New Augusta, Ms. But it wasn't open when I left early. I wont be back to this bank.

        Everyone I've worked with at this location has been nice and very helpful. I was recently working with Aaron Shows and he was quite pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend this Branch to all.

        If you want true customer service and a good experience, go to the Trustmark on Hwy. 98. Tried to get a loan here and they wouldn't even sit down with me to see if I was eligible and flat out refused. I got a loan at 98 with zero problems. I also needed a signed copy of a good faith check while buying a house and needed a copy of the back of the check, and the teller didn't give it to me because "there's nothing on the back of the check". I know that, but the underwriter still requires it. He also started to preach, which is highly unprofessional and time consuming when you have to get back to work on time.
