Josh and his crew was awesome. He explained everything and answered every question I had, even when I didn't understand/or like the wording on my contract the team worked and fixed it to my liking and understand. The manager of the crew took the time the next day to come back out and make sure my yard was cleaned and everything was perfect. Thank you guy for your service.

I am blind and suspected my 20 year old roof was needing replacement. The original roof was installed correctly, sadly however the underlying protections for my home were not. Flashing, Fascia and drip edging were of poor quality and to the naked eye it was apparent. With the removal of the old roof, all the damage was exposed. Structurally the house was inspected and found to be in good repair, 17 sheets of decking did need to be replaced however. This included the removal and reinstallation of a dormer. As the flashing needed to be replaced with the correct material, I chose to have the siding replaced as well. A new product, Celect (odd spelling), was recommended over the original vinyl siding and as an option to Hardy Plank, which I planned on using. I am the first to have this product installed on the MS Gulf Coast and although a bit of a learning curve occurred, the installation turned out to be quite easy. It looks like Hardy board, but is stronger, easier to install and considerably less maintenance. The rep beat it quite hard with a hammer, allowed me to also pound on it, and it survived. Hardy board, although a great product, would have been damaged. This is financially comparable to Hardy board but worth every cent. Complete exteriors also provides a 25 year parts and labor warranty on my products, used the latest technologies to protect my home and raised the Fortified Home level to Gold. This could only be accomplished with removal of the roof to the decking. I will share a couple of the over 500 photos supplied, both by person and drone. The team was awesome. Abel, His sister Sarai and the rest of his family and crew did a remarkable job and fully accepted and understood my blindness. With this knowledge they went above and beyond to ensure my safety and the future security of my home. They are a great crew and you will be fortunate to have them do your job. Josh, Joe and the whole team worked extremely hard to ensure that my home was always weather tight, secured and safe . They worked with me to schedule around trips I had planned, the weather and other contractors. Make no mistake, they are not the cheapest, but definitely one of the best companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Josh is fully aware of my vision issues and knows that I will need an expert set of eyes to check on my roof after storms and is fully prepared to ensure I'm covered.
