        I was disappointed in the whole process. In a fast moving market, my realtor would be slow to respond. For a whole weekend the realtor did not respond and I missed an awesome house because of it. When I found the house I was buying, none of the terms were met. Repairs were not made, I had to CLEAN the house myself when I specifically said I wanted it professionally cleaned. The alarm system in the house I was not given to code to. When I asked the realtor he just replied with "wow". I had is take the whole system out because it would literally take a year to guess 10,000 codes. Would not recommend, plenty of other hungry realtors that will work 10x harder.
