They have several locations across the coast. For the most part the staff is friendly and professional.

Came here to the Gulfport location for three weeks Ive been trying to get information regarding my healthcare today I call & STACY at the CALL CENTER frustratingly huffed & puffed in the phone then told me BYE and hung up because I wanted my information they keep saying Ill get a call back but I dont & they only LOG when THEYVE called back apparently. I still dont know what my status is & everytime I call I get no information and rude service will definitely be reaching out to upper management - Dr Rebekah is great but cal center and nurse are horrible

My PCP reference my to a specific doctor at this clinic. I have been trying to make an appointment for the past 2 day. I finally get someone on the phone after waiting on hold for 20 minutes. Chrishana answered the phone. She was extremely rude. She kept interrupting me every time I tried to provide her with my personal information she was asking for. I personally always felt like this would be a trashy place to be honest and Chrishana only confirmed for me that the staffs attitude towards the patients is also trash. I dont want to see Dr. Martin that bad. I will take my insurance elsewhere. Its not worth the disrespect! Thank you but no thank you! I hope she gets reprimanded.

In July I brought someone with intense tooth pain here because the person is homeless and has no job/insurance/money. I paid $50 for him to see the dentist. He was told he needed two extractions. He went through the procedures to be placed in their homeless program to receive free/reduced care but it was useless. His appointment has been repeatedly cancelled/rescheduled for 6 months and now his eligibility for the homeless program is about to expire. I have brought him to the facility multiple times. Once they waited until he was there for the appointment to tell him the dentist wasnt in that day and his appointment needed to be rescheduled. When he did see the dentist his mouth was so infected the dentist couldnt work on his tooth because he couldnt physically open his mouth wide enough so it was rescheduled AGAIN. They just called to again reschedule his appointment for a month away but his eligibility with the homeless program expires in a couple of weeks SO six months after his first visit he still has had no work done, still is in pain, and they keep sending him a bill with his remaining balance from his first visit. Healthcare for poor people is a joke!
