        I cannot do MRIs where you go head first into the machine even when sedated; the face shield make me very claustrophobic. The staff here was very friendly and eased my fears. They showed me the machine and the mask that would be used. After they sedated me and let me get good and relaxed they started the MRI. No claustrophobia and no freaking out. I would definitely recommend this place if you need an MRI and are claustrophobic

        I have used compass for over 17teen years. I have called them twice this week to make an appointment. I get a recording and I leave my name, phone number and reason I need an appointment. No one has called me. At one time I would give Compass 10 stars if that was possible. The techs are wonderful! At Compass my name is Emma Magee. I am so disappointed with Compass.There is zero excuse for a human NEVER to answer the phone or return a call. - - P.S. I HAVE OOMA FOR PHONE SERVICE AND IT KEEPS A RECORD OF EVERY PHONE CALL THAT COMES IN AND A RECORD OF EACH PHONE CALL I MAKE. THERE IS NO RECORD OF COMPASS CALLING ME.

        THEY WANT YOU TO PAY A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY UP FRONT BEFORE ITS FILED ON INSURANCE!!! THIS IS INSANE!!

        The lady at the front desk is absolutely WONDERFUL however some things transpired when we were in the office today! One of the ladies from the back office came to the front desk and the lady asked her for help and she had an absolute ATTITUDE! Refused to help! You could tell it was an ongoing issue. I was very shocked. It was to the point we were uncomfortable. The lady at the front became very frustrated and you could tell. I would have been too when everything is left up to her to do. Please have a conversation with your employees about professionalism in an office setting! Im not sure we will ever use this location again after this! Again, the lady at the front desk kept it together and is an AMAZING asset to your company after dealing with the issues at hand!
