I hired Alexis and her crew to do a deep clean on a home we were buying. When I requested a quote, she asked me how large the home was. I sent her a link to the real estate photos and told her it was 2800sq ft, 4 bedrooms/4.5 baths. She emailed me a quote for $400. Her quote was an hourly rate, so I understood it may run a little over, ending up around the $500 I had planned for. No big deal. She never came by, or asked how dirty the house was, or if they had pets. The items I requested-cleaning inside all cabinets and appliances, wiping walls where needed, cleaning windows, fans and lights, & baseboards as well as the typical cleaning items like bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, counters, dusting. The sellers had a golden retriever and we wanted to come home with our toddler to a clean house and feel comfortable. The day of the cleaning, Alexis showed up with a helper and said she would be able to get it done quicker since there were two of them. She never mentioned she thought it was extremely dirty and that it would be far more than originally quoted. They started cleaning at 11am and at 6pm, Alexis told me they had to get home and would come back in the morning to finish. She said she would cut me a break and only charge $700. I was very surprised to see my estimate go from $400 to $700, but I agreed because ultimately its a big house and I just wanted it to be deep cleaned. Today, we arrived at our home. I immediately see dirty things everywhere. There is literally a pile of hair in our master shower drain. All of the soap niches are FILTHY- crusty and not scrubbed. The bar area cabinets are dusty, not even touched. I go in my master closet- the shelves are covered in pet hair. I walk in my sons room- the window is covered in dust and the baseboards are disgusting as well. I would truly understand if I found a couple things here and there that were missed, but they clearly decided that they had spent enough time in the house and did NOT finish the job-a job that I paid $700 for. I found all of this stuff in 5 minutes, which told me that it would only get worse the more time I spent in the house. I sent photos and videos to Alexis and I truly thought shed apologize and say she cant believe they missed those items, and that she would be out to finish up when she was free. But no- the response I got from her is that I didnt accurately depict the condition of the home (weird because she never asked me the condition of the home, and the home was lived-in as most are with children and pets, but not absurdly dirty) and that she realized that when she arrived. Okay so why didnt we have that conversation then? Like hey- your estimate may need to go from $400 to $1000 in order for me to properly clean your house. I would have told her to cancel it right then and there because who the hell is paying that price for a cleaning of an empty home? She also told me I agreed to an hourly rate and that she settled at $700 to APPEASE me even though they spent more time cleaning & setting up than they were paid for. Setting up? Bringing your mops in from ten car? Didnt know I had to pay extra for that. She then claimed she had went out of her way to accommodate me and that she felt I needed to find someone else to suit my needs. Well of course- because she had already been paid! Never once did she apologize for leaving these items untouched after charging $700. Never once did she say oops- youre right, you shouldnt have a pile of hair in your shower drain. Its evident to me that Alexis isnt a professional and has no business quoting jobs for anyone who wants a quality job. I would certainly recommend you steer clear of this company unless you want to pay the cost of your mortgage, only to be left with a filthy house you have to re-clean. Do yourself a favor and find someone professional who will show up to the home before giving an estimate and then HOLD THEM TO THEIR ESTIMATE. Im pissed I gave this girl $700. Dont do it!

Alexis came and did a reorganization of my pantry as we were overwhelmed and over flowing with junk and much waste.
Not only did she help me get the trash and excess out, it also helped me find some items I had forgotten about and small appliances cleaned up. We added bins to help keep our food items organized and easy for my son to access what he needs. Thankful for her and her being overly thorough. We love Clean Freak!
