They're nothing but a bunch of crucks. I wouldn't recommend there service to anyone,bring my vehicle there to replace parts and pick it up back with different issues that the vehicle never had ,and they demand different money to fix issue that accured when they put back the vehicle together and they're good at sabotaging your vehicle to get you to come back a spend more money,not even one star rating

We took our BMW to this place over a month ago to get some issues fixed. Went to pick it up and paid almost $1500 for nothing. Nothing was fixed and they also took apart something and didn't put it back together. Panels in the back missing and parts on the floorboard, that we have no idea what they are for. Was told that the parts that was replaced would fix the issues, but it did not. We will be going to court. A business should not be able to do this to people.

I called two days ago and needed an oil change they got me scheduled for the next day and I was in and out in about an hour. Great service and reasonable price.

I had a problem trying to find some parts for my ( parts that the dealer did not have) but Randall's Autohaus where able to find them for me.
