        They came out with no problem, but they said I would have a new washer in 3 days. They never said I would have to do anything else. Im 82yrs old and I should have been told that I would have to go to my email address and do something about it. I dont know how to do all these things. I need to wash my clothes and I cant. Its been over a week and I just got out of the hospital. I pay for all your services and shouldnt have to go through this.
