rented 3 spots for a month, and am STILL getting charged 7 months later, despite disputes, and 20+ phone conversations. First, the units can't be cancelled because the card is in my name, then the units can't be cancelled because they are in my employees name.. FINALLY after months of calling to confirm (I don't have the rental agreement, and my employee is a PREVIOUS employee) I spoke to the owner - since his office manager the was REPEATEDLY supposed to call me back suddenly got up and quit on him... now I have to cancel the unit in writing. So he wants to keep 6 months of payments, knowing, the units were vacant. Great human here, y'all.

Love the ppl and the service. Wonderful place to do ur business ! Highly recommended... From storage units to dry cleaning. They will see to it that u r satisfied and they will help u get what u need if the options r available . U will leave happy so be sure to give them a try. U want regret it.

Have called 3 times over the past few days to see if boat storage was available. Every time I'm placed on hold for 10 min or more and eventually hang up. Today when she finally came back on the line she said ok we have a 10 x 10. I told her from the beginning I needed boat storage. I even had to explain what boat storage is. She said they obviously didn't have it available. Very rude people and almost impossible to speak with.
