        This was my very first time trusting someone else to handle my taxes. The World Finance employees were patient and helpful when I had to send in all necessary documents. The process was not hard at all. The ladies there were reassuring and answered any and all questions that I had. I will definitely be using their services for now on.

        Made me feel real uncomfortable. Me AND my husband are going through a divorce and so ONE EVENING I DROPPED MY TAX DOCUMENTS off so they can work on them and they were suppose to call me the next morning which they DIDN'T DO I had to go up there. And when I did its mighty strange for some reason there my husband set redoing his taxes. Now it's strange how they had me to leave my paperwork there over night before I left. Said they would have to work on them the next morning and still didn't do anything to them. I also recognized I didn't get back alot of my original documents I carried which is fine because the IRS IS AWARE OF THIS AND THERE ACTIONS. AND THE IRS HAS ALREADY RECIEVED HIS FIRST RETURN SO THEY WILL ALL BE CAUGHT IN THEIR SCAM IF THEY ARE TRYING TO PULL ONE. AND SO WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID I GOT WHAT I THOUGHT WAS ALL MY DOCUMENTS AND LEFT AND TOLD THEM I WOULD BE GOING TO THE REAL TAX PREPARERS AT H&R BLOCK.... THIS IS THE CRAZIEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A TAX PREPARATION IN MY LIFE. AND SO WHEN ARRIVING HOME I REALIZED ALL MY DOCUMENTS WERE NOT THERE THE ORIGINAL COPIES. IT HAD MY NAME ON THEM SO THE IRS IS GONNA KNOW.....
